The medical examiner has ruled that the death of a 3-month-old girl who was found unconscious with a spinal fracture and broken bones in a Bronx apartment last week was a homicide.

Sherlin Camacho died of blunt force injury to the head, the medical examiner says.

Authorities say Camacho was found with several broken bones, a spinal fracture and damage to her eye at 2115 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms the morning of January 10. She died on Monday.

The Administration for Child Services is investigating the incident.

Family and friends remembered the baby with a makeshift memorial Wednesday night outside of her apartment building.

Her mother, father and 5-year-old brother were questioned by police last week.

So far, no charges have been filed.
