Tiffany's flagship store on Fifth Avenue is just steps away from Trump Tower.
The high-end jeweler says sales at the location are down 14 percent since November.
The area has been subject to security barriers, frequent protests, and constant media attention that many businesses in the neighborhood say have hurt their bottom lines.
One of the president-elect's daughters, Tiffany Trump, is named after the famous store.
