One of the men accused in the 2013 hazing death of a Baruch College student in Pennsylvania has pleaded guilty.

The Monroe County District Attorney's office says 25-year-old Ka-Wing Yuen pleaded guilty to concealing or destroying evidence and conspiracy to commit hazing.

He and three dozen other Pi Delta Psi fraternity brothers are facing charges in connection with 19-year old Chun Hsien Michael Deng's death.

Yuen is the first to plead guilty.

Investigators say Deng was blindfolded, forced to carry a 30-pound backpack and tackled during an initiation ceremony at a house in the Poconos in December 2013. He was knocked unconscious and suffered a brain injury.

Prosecutors say frat members took him to the hospital more than an hour later and tried to cover up the incident.

Deng died the next day.

Yuen is set to be sentenced on January 23.
