Police say they have questioned the mother, father, and brother of a 2-month-old baby girl who was found badly beaten in the Bronx earlier this week.

So far no charges have been filed.

The baby was taken to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday morning after she was found unconscious at an apartment on Honeywell Ave. in West Farms.

The girl suffered broken bones, a spinal fracture, and an eye injury, according to the city police department.

The Administration for Child Services is investigating the incident.

The agency has been under intense scrutiny lately due to several high-profile deaths of children.
