Police Seek Suspect Accused of Bronx Knifepoint Robbery

Police need your help in finding a man they say robbed another man at knifepoint in the Bronx.

The incident happened the afternoon of December 22.

Cops say the man in this surveillance photo walked up to the 58-year-old victim, who was trying to get into this car on Lydig Avenue near Cruger Avenue in Morris Park.

He allegedly then pulled out a knife and demanded his personal belongings.

The victim refused and that's when police say the suspect punched the man and cut his hand with the knife before taking off.

The man was taken to the hospital where he was treated.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
