A Brooklyn man is charged with murder for the shooting that killed a woman in East New York last month.
Police said year-old Fred Coleman, 28, fired the shots that killed Salaya Figueroa, 27, outside the Pink Houses on Nov. 30.
Coleman was arrested Thursday. He is being charged with criminal use of a firearm, in addition to murder.
Investigators said Figueroa was hanging out with friends when she was shot.
Officials believe she was not Coleman's intended target.
