A city mother is settling her lawsuit against JetBlue after her 5-year-old son was put on the wrong plane.

Maribel Martinez says she bought a ticket for her son Andy to fly to the city from the Dominican Republic on August 17.

But when she went to pick him up, another boy had Andy's passport.

She says she waited hours before finding out that he was mistakenly put on a flight to Boston.

They were reunited hours later.

She was given a full refund and $2,100 in credit, but said she will never fly JetBlue again.

Lawyers for Martinez say the matter was settled amicably. A confidentiality agreement prevents them from disclosing the terms of the settlement.
