An NYPD officer is suspended without pay after allegedly wrongly arresting a Brooklyn family and then posting photos of them handcuffed on social media.

Kimberly Santiago said the officer posted the photo, seen above, to Snapchat with the caption, "Merry Christmas It's NYPD!" after raiding her family's Brownsville apartment Thursday morning.

The woman said police showed up looking for a person who did not live at the apartment, and then put her and her family members in handcuffs.

The officer allegedly posted a second photo with the caption, "Warrant Sweeps It's still a party smh."

The NYPD's internal affairs bureau is investigating the incident.
