A funeral is being held on Tuesday for the city correction officer who was shot to death outside her mother's home in Brooklyn.

The service for Alastasia Bryan is taking place at the First AME Zion Church, where her wake was held Monday.

The 25-year-old was killed on December 4 when someone walked up to her car and opened fire.

Bryan worked at Rikers Island and had only been on the job for a month.

A fellow correction officer who did not personally know Bryan says he attended the wake to support her family.

"We just be out here all the time trying to do the best we can to protect and serve," said the fellow correction officer. "But we're on the inside protecting and serving the same way. And for what happened to this officer right here was just like I said a tragic. So we're just here to pay our respects."

Sources tell NY1 that police are looking for Bryan's ex-boyfriend.

They say he has dozens of prior arrests, including some for domestic violence.
