A truck driver pleaded guilty to his role in a crash that killed a man and seriously injured comedian Tracy Morgan.
37-year-old Kevin Roper was facing counts of aggravated manslaughter, vehicular homicide and aggravated assault.
He was driving a Wal-Mart truck in June 2014 when he slammed into Morgan’s van on the New Jersey Turnpike.
Comedian James McNair died, and four others were injured.
Morgan suffered a broken leg, broken ribs and a head injury.
Roper admitted to being awake for more than 28 hours before getting behind the wheel.
