Police are investigating after a bicyclist was struck and killed on the Upper West Side Thursday.
The incident happened around noon at West 88th Street and Broadway.
Investigators say 59-year-old Jing Yin Jiang was riding northbound on Broadway when a truck driver swerved to avoid a parked car and hit the man. He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
The driver remained at the scene.
