A city police officer is out on bail a week after he was indicted for allegedly shooting a man to death in an alleged road rage incident in Brooklyn.

Wayne Isaacs, 37, is accused of killing Delrawn Small in East New York on July 4.

He was indicted on manslaughter and murder charges last Monday.

Police say Isaacs and Small got into a dispute at a red light before the shooting.

The off-duty officer initially said Small punched him through his car window before he fired his gun, but surveillance video shows the unarmed Small was shot immediately after walking up to the window.

Isaacs is currently suspended without pay.
