Police are looking for a man they say tried to lure a teenage girl in Queens.
It happened on 81st Street near 41st Avenue in Elmhurst on October 6 around 6:15 a.m.
Police say the man seen in the above surveillance photos approached a 13-year old girl while she was waiting for her school bus in the lobby of her building.
He allegedly told her to go with him instead of going to school and promised to buy her anything she wanted.
The girl ran onto her school bus, and he ran away.
The girl was not injured.
Investigators say the man they are looking for does not know the victim.
He is described as between 25 and 30 years old and was last seen wearing a black jacket with white stripes on both sleeves.
