Don't be surprised if Manhattan looks a whole lot pinker this weekend.

Thousands are pounding the pavement to take part in the annual Avon Walk to End Breast Cancer.

Participants are making their way around Manhattan all day until winding up in Randalls Island.

They'll spend the night there before making the journey back to their starting point tomorrow — completing a nearly 40-mile walk.

Each participant raises money for the Avon Foundation for Women to fund cancer research.

Nearly $550 million has been raised since the walk launched in 2003.
