Police release new video of a man accused of stealing a piece of public artwork in East Harlem.

Cops say the man seen here stole a 60-foot banner from a fence on the East River Esplanade near 117th Street.

He was seen placing the artwork into a black or gray Honda Element and driving away on the FDR drive around 8 p.m. August 20.

The banner was part of a public display by artist Kenny Scharf.

Police are also looking for a blonde woman in connection with the theft.
