Residents of Sunnyside, Queens may hear an explosion Wednesday afternoon, but it's nothing to worry about.
The city's Emergency Management Office says a controlled explosion will take place on 37th Avenue between 43rd and 48th streets sometime between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Officials say police and firefirefighters will be on the scene.
