NY1 VIDEO: For years, the land beneath an East Harlem bus depot was believed to be an African burial ground, but it wasn't until last year that archeologists discovered concrete proof: bones, including the partial skull of a woman believed to be of African descent. Now, the city wants to redevelop the site, tearing down the garage and replacing it with a memorial alongside a housing development. NY1's Michael Scotto filed the following report.
