A man was arrested Wednesday for allegedly abusing and abandoning his two dogs in Brooklyn.
Police say 25-year-old Devon Fenton left these two dogs stranded inside a basement in East New York.
Cops say they found the dogs Tuesday afternoon covered in urine and feces, and without food and water.
Police say Fenton lives in another home a few blocks away.
He surrendered the dogs, who are now under the care of the ASPCA.
