The Brooklyn district attorney's office and the NYPD gave out cash Saturday to make the city streets a little safer, holding a gun buyback in Flatbush.

New Yorkers looking to make some extra money were able to drop off their weapons at Clarendon Road Church near New York Avenue.

No questions were asked and no ID was required, the Brooklyn DA's office said.

People were offered $200 for operable handguns and assault rifles, and $25 for working shotguns and rifles.

People were welcome to turn in an unlimited number of guns, but they could receive only up to $600 in payments.
