The home borough of the U.S. Open got some love Wednesday ahead of the main tournament next week.

The U.S. Tennis Association hosted Queens Day at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, featuring performers and businesses from around the borough.

Participants took Zumba classes and checked out a tennis clinic with pros Christina McHale and 2014 U.S. Open Champ Marin Cilic.

Organizers say the event is great way to celebrate the diversity of Queens.

"It's really fun to be part of the community, and plus we have everybody coming to us. So somebody's for everybody, we do have fun, we do exercise, we get together and we party a lot," said Mambo Fitness Co-owner Berkys Ramirez.

Queens Day events were scheduled to run until 6 p.m.

Wednesday was also the second day of qualifying matches for the tournament.
