Police arrest the man who was publicly shamed in a viral video last week for allegedly inappropriately touching himself on the subway.
23-year-old Kevin Cuffe was arrested in connection with two incidents of inappropriate touching.
The most recent is the one documented in a video from August 15 on a Bronx-bound 1 train.
In the video, a woman calls him out, threatens him, and forces him to get off at the Times Square-42nd Street station.
The video has more than 3 million views online.
Police say there was another incident last December on a Manhattan-bound 2 train that was also recorded on a cell phone.
