Demonstrators are expected to pack City Hall Park this morning to call for major changes to the NYPD.

The protest is being organized by the group Million March NYC, which says it will occupy the park until Mayor Bill de Blasio meets its demands.

Those demands include the firing of Police Commissioner Bill Bratton, and an end to so-called "Broken Windows" policing.

The group also wants survivors and victims of police brutality to be paid restitution from the NYPD budget.

And it wants the department's $5.5 billion budget defunded and re-invested into minority communities.
