The family of the Brooklyn man shot and killed by an off-duty police officer is demanding justice for his death.

Delrawn Small's relatives held a meeting with community leaders to call for charges against Officer Wayne Isaacs in the July 4 shooting.

Surveillance video from that night shows Small approaching Isaacs' car in East New York after he was cut off.

The video shows Isaacs fire his gun as soon as Small reaches the driver-side window.

Initial reports claimed Small punched Isaacs several times before he was shot.

"He did not strike that officer. My brother was murdered. He was murdered on his way to enjoy the Fourth of July weekend with his family," said Victor Dempsey, Delrawn Small's brother. "That's what I need to change around today. Everyone needs to know he was not shot, he was murdered."

Officials say Small was unarmed and had two children and his girlfriend in the car when he was shot.

Isaacs was stripped of his gun and badge and placed on modified duty.
