The shooting happened just before 6 a.m. Wednesday, according to police, when officers were alerted to a man shot near Faile Street and Spofford Avenue in Hunts Point.

Police said the victim, 37-year-old Jose Ingles, was approached by two men, seen above in a still from surveillance video, while double parked in his car.
