A computer outage that caused large delays at JFK over the weekend has been restored, but travelers still might want to pack some patience.

The Port Authority says a Verizon Wireless server started having issues around 4 p.m. Sunday at Terminal 7.

The terminal is operated by British Airways, which leases space to other carriers.

As a result, more than a thousand passengers had to be manually checked in for flights.

And while the issue has been resolved, officials say travelers should still prepare for delays.
