The city's Office of Emergency Management says an unstable cherry picker has been re-stabilized and lowered.
A NY1 news assistant sent video of the unstable cherry picker being removed from the side of a building at 137 Essex Street.
The city's Office of Emergency Management told NY1 it got the call for a possible unstable cherry picker at around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

According to the FDNY, the cherry picker was in no danger of collapsing.
OEM says there are no injuries or evacuations reported at this time.
The agency warns of traffic delays in the area.
