The hunt continues for the man who police believe stabbed his girlfriend and two of her children to death Wednesday at a Staten Island hotel.

One of the children was the suspect's daughter.

Police are looking for Michael Sykes, 23, after Rebecca Cutler, 26, was killed along with Ziana Cutler, 1, and 4-month-old Maiyah Sykes at the Ramada on Gannon Avenue in the Willowbrook section.

A two-year-old girl was also stabbed but is now recovering at the hospital.

Investigators believe the attack grew out of an argument Cutler and Sykes had on Tuesday.

The victims were homeless and were staying at the hotel as part of a city shelter program.

The city is now relocating the rest of the families who were staying there, and is offering security to other hotels that are part of the program.

Police say surveillance video show Sykes taking a bus to the Staten Island Ferry.

They have also recovered the knife they believe was used in the attack.

Anyone with information on Sykes' whereabouts should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.crimestoppers.com.
