Police are investigating after an early morning shooting in the Bronx claimed the life of a 28-year-old woman Tuesday.

Investigators say they were called to a home located at 1570 Bogart Avenue in Morris Park around 4 a.m. after receiving calls for shots fired.

They say Shoshane Rattigan was found with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police say they would like to speak with her ex-boyfriend, who they believe left the scene in a grey Honda Odyssey.

Police say the couple's young son and a cousin were in the home at the time of the shooting.

They were physically unharmed and are now in the custody of the Administration for Children's services.
