Campaign season in New York City has largely gone under the radar this fall but Tuesday is Election Day.

Polls will be open at 6 a.m.

The highest-profile race has been a spirited contest for District Attorney on Staten Island.

The campaign features former Congressman Michael McMahon against former Manhattan prosecutor Joan Illuzzi.

There is also a race for DA in the Bronx and in Queens incumbent District Attorney Richard Brown is running for re-election uncontested.

Besides judicial races being held in every borough except Staten Island, there’s also an election for City Council in eastern Queens as well as one on Staten Island with just a Republican candidate running against no opponent.

Queens and Brooklyn have elections for State Assembly.

In Brooklyn, there’s also a race for the State Senate.

Polls close at 9 p.m.
