The man who allegedly shot two brothers to death on Staten Island last weekend is under arrest.
Police say 30-year-old Wayne Thomas is charged with murder and weapons possession.
Investigators say Thomas and another man got into an argument with 28-year-old Justin Ford and 27-year-old Terrell Ford near Targee Street and Vanderbilt Avenue early Sunday morning.
At some point, police say Thomas pulled out a gun and shot both men to death.
Police are still searching for the man who was with Thomas.
