The medical examiner has officially identified the second body recovered from the site of a building explosion in Brooklyn as Francisca Figueroa.
Figueroa was pulled from the rubble Monday. Relatives say she lived on the second floor of the Borough Park building.
Ligia Puello, 64, was also killed in the explosion.
The city fire department says investigators have completed their onsite probe of the deadly building explosion in Brooklyn this past weekend and have eliminated natural gas as a cause.
Authorities initially believed the blast at 4206 13th Avenue in Borough Park occurred because a stove was removed from a gas line they thought was not properly disconnected.
The FDNY says further examination of the building gas meters found that there was no natural gas flowing to the second floor apartment since June 26.
Two people were killed and more than a dozen others were hurt in the October 3 blast.
Meanwhile, a relief fund has been set up to help victims of the deadly blast.
The Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City is teaming up with several organizations, including The Salvation Army and the Red Cross.
Those affected by the blast can get financial help for things like relocation, lost or damaged goods, funeral and medical expenses.
