One person remains unaccounted for following Saturday's building explosion in Borough Park.

The FDNY is not yet classifying the explosion as a gas explosion, though gas was present at the scene.

One person was found dead at the scene. She has not been identified, but Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams said she was a 64-year-old woman who lived on the third floor of the building.

Another person, who NY1 is told was in the process of moving out of a second-floor apartment, is still unaccounted for. Officials say they believe she was in the area Saturday, but she has been unreachable since.

At least a dozen people were injured in the explosion.

Five buildings had to be evacuated. Officials say it's likely that two of those buildings have to be demolished.

About 50 people have been displaced due to the explosion. A resident service center was set up at nearby P.S. 164, but it will be relocated Monday.
