The MTA is banning another ad for violating its policy on political content.

Amalgamated Bank had ads like the one seen above posted in the subway last month, but the MTA's advertising policy bans political ads and the agency says the poster should not have been approved in the first place.

Amalgamated's ad acknowledges the bank's support for the state raising the minimum wage while also touting its own $15 an hour salary for minimum-wage workers.

Sources say the bank is now considering suing the MTA.

Last week, a judge ruled against the transit agency for banning ads for the movie "The Muslims are Coming." The MTA also deemed those ads too political.
