A woman was killed and six other people were injured after a Coca-Cola truck driver crashed in the Bronx.

First responders were called to the Port Morris section at East 138th Street near Bruckner Boulevard around 3:30 Monday afternoon.

Authorities say the truck driver swerved after being cut off by an SUV, hit a group of pedestrians and then slammed into a building.

Cheniqua Silva, a mother of 5, died on the scene.

Her husband says he was on the phone with her and heard her scream right before the collision.

The six people hurt include both drivers, a passenger in each vehicle, and two pedestrians. None of those injuries was serious.
