One of Times Square's topless panhandlers was arrested Wednesday on drug and prostitution charges.
Police say undercover officers met 20-year-old Destiny Romero around 9 p.m. Wednesday near West 42nd Street and Seventh Avenue.
They say she introduced them to a man who offered to sell the officers cocaine and "molly" pills.
Romero also allegedly agreed to have sex with one of the officers for money.
Jason Perez, 22, was also arrested and is facing drug and prostitution charges.
