The Port Authority says 4.3 million people are expected to use its airports, bridges, and tunnels this weekend for the Labor Day holiday.
The PATH, Metro North, and the Long Island Railroad will be running extra trains on Friday.
On Monday, Subways and buses will operate on a Sunday schedule.
And if you're hitting the road, you're in for a break at the pump.
AAA says gas prices are the lowest they've been for Labor Day since 2004, with a national average of $2.45 a gallon.
That's just under a dollar less per gallon than last year.
