City Hall is encouraging you to get a full taste of the city this month.
Mayor Bill de Blasio has partnered with American Express and the city's marketing organization, NYC and Company to launch "See Your City: Eats Edition."
The campaign encourages sampling of the city's diverse selection of food and share their experiences on social media with the hashtag #SeeYourCity.
Eligible American Express Card members will get a one-time $10 statement credit when they spend $50 dollars or more at a qualified restaurant.
Touting the campaign the mayor says: "It’s not every city that you can cool down with Italian gelato after a spicy Sichuan dinner within a city block. I encourage all New Yorkers to take advantage of living in one of the most diverse cities in the world."
