Former wrestling star Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend.
This comes more than three decades after 23-year-old Brooklyn resident Nancy Argentino was found unconscious in a Pennsylvania hotel room she shared with the wrestler.
The wrestler is charged with third degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the 1983 death.
The 72-year old was arraigned and bail was set at $100,000.
World Wrestling Entertainment said in a statement: "WWE expresses its continued sympathy to the Argentino family for their loss. Ultimately this legal matter will be decided by our judicial system."
