A motorcyclist is dead after getting struck by an SUV in Queens Saturday night.
Officials were called to 140th avenue and Bedell street in Rochdale, just before 8 p.m.
The NYPD says the motorcyclist was travelling west on 140th avenue when he was hit by a Toyota Highlander making a turn.
The driver stayed on the scene.
Crews took the motorcyclist, to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
