The U.S. Tennis Association tested out its new menu Thursday at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

The association, along with Levy Restaurants, are teaming up with a roster of all-star chefs to enhance the Open's dining options. Among them are Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and former tennis pro, chef Richard Sandoval.

"It's having the experience of such diverse food here in New York, we're trying to give that here at this facility, so that experience would be similar to what they would have in the city," said Jim Abbey, Executive Chef of U.S. Open.

"It's a great experience to see people recognize what you do and they've been to your restaurant and they taste it here, so it's a great feeling," said Sandoval, owner of Maya Restaurant.

A new food truck is also part of the plan.

The Open is projected to bring in more than 700,000 spectators this year.
