Police are investigating after an early morning shooting left one man dead and four others injured at a lounge in Brooklyn.
Investigators say they got a call just after 3 a.m. about shots being fired at Ali's Roti Shop located at 589 Flatbush Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens.
The 27-year-old man was pronounced dead after he was taken to a nearby hospital.
Two men and a woman - all in their late 20's - were also taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds.
They are expected to survive.
A neighbor who spoke with NY1 at the scene says the lounge has been a trouble spot recently.
"I come off of work every night, you know, every morning and they be arguing out there, they be fighting outside, there supposed to be party inside but they out here fighting and arguing, I have no idea but in a way it's what I see every night, this place was doomed really," said the neighbor.
Another woman also received treatment after her leg was cut by broken glass during the incident.
Investigators say a verbal argument may have lead to the shooting.
There is no word yet on any suspects.
