There's still no verdict in the Etan Patz murder trial after eight days of jury deliberations.

Pedro Hernandez is accused of kidnapping and killing six-year-old Etan Patz, in May 1979.

Hernandez confessed to authorities four times on video that he strangled the boy.

He also told five people in his life that he killed someone.

But Henandez's defense argues that he's mentally ill, and hallucinated his involvement in the crime.

The defense claims convicted pedophile Jose Ramos is the actual killer.

Ramos was once a suspect in Patz's death, but there was never enough evidence for charges.

Right now, members of the jury are reviewing old testimony from officials who investigated Patz's murder, with Ramos as the suspect.

Jurors have now listened to nearly two full days of the archived testimony.
