A Bronx woman who officials say is a serial bride pleaded not guilty Friday at her arraignment on felony charges and was then promptly re-arrested, according to police.

Prosecutors say Liana Barrientos got married 10 times in 11 years.

According to court papers, eight of the marriages occurred during a nine-month span in 2001 and 2002.

While some of the marriages ended divorce, at one point prosecutors say she was married to eight men at the same time.

They say many of the men she married were seeking permanent residency in the U.S., and some were from countries that raised flags, like Egypt, Turkey, Pakistan and Georgia.

The joint terrorism task force is investigating Barrientos' current husband, Salle Keita, for allegedly making threatening statements about the United States.

According to prosecutors, Barrientos was issued marriage licenses in the Bronx, Westchester, and Long Island under slightly different names.

Right now, prosecutors say Barrientos is believed to be married to four people.

She was arrested after an investigation into her most recent 2010 marriage.

Police say Barrientos was released on her own recognizance after Friday's arraignment, but they say she was then arrested shortly after 2:30 p.m. for allegedly going through a subway emergency exit without paying.

She is charged with theft of service and criminal trespass in connection with that case and was again released on her own recognizance.

Barrientos could face up to four years behind bars if found guilty.
