Two NYPD officers were injured after investigators say they were attacked in a Brooklyn housing complex.
Police say the officers were in a third floor stairwell at the Marlboro Houses early Sunday when they were assaulted by four men.
They say one of the officers suffered eye and elbow injuries.
Both were taken to the hospital and have since been released.
The four men were taken into custody and charges are pending.
