The Civilian Complaint Review Board is now investigating a video that appears to show a plainclothes officer losing his temper on a Uber driver.

Officer: "How long have you been in this country?

Driver: "Almost two years."

Officer: "Almost how long?"

Driver: "Two years."

Officer: "I got news for you, and use this lesson, remember this in the future: don't ever do that again. The only reason you're not in handcuffs going to jail, and getting summonses in the precinct, is because I have things to do."

Sanjay Seth was riding in the back of the cab when it happened.

He says the officer started to lash out after the driver gestured for the officer to use his blinker.

Police confirm the man in the video is an NYPD member, but it's unclear what position he holds.

Uber learned of the video and released a statement saying: "The behavior in the video is wrong and unacceptable and we appreciate the NYPD investigating the incident."
