Mayor Bill de Blasio poked fun of himself—all while helping raise money for charity Saturday night.
"Ah, I just love to sit on our front porch, I love after a hard day of work, kicking back at Gracie Mansion and having some celery," de Blasio joked.
The 93rd annual Inner Circle Show took place in Midtown.
The event lets reporters and politicans poke fun at each other for one night.
Some of the skits included the mocking of the mayor's universal pre-k program and his frequent tardiness to events.
The show was expected to raise about $100,000 dollars for charities throughout the city.
