Gov. Andrew Cuomo is heading to Cuba.
The governor says he'll lead a group of state officials and business leaders on a State Trade Mission beginning April 20.
It'll be the first such visit since President Barack Obama began the process to normalize relations with Cuba.
Cuomo says this will allow the group from New York to explore new opportunities and shared interests.
