The motorcyclist accused of starting a confrontation between bikers and an SUV driver on the Henry Hudson Parkway pleaded guilty Wednesday.

The incident took place in September 2013 and was caught on video.

Police say the problem began when Christopher Cruz cut in front of the SUV.

The driver of the SUV, who was in the car with his wife and child then bumped Cruz's bike and, while fleeing, ran over another biker.

The motorcyclists then chased him, pulled him out of his SUV and attacked him, leaving him with injuries to his face.

Cruz pleaded guilty to assault and rioting charges.

He's expected to receive a four-month jail sentence.

Other bikers involved are also heading to trial, including an undercover police detective.
