After months of speculation, Governor Andrew Cuomo puts the possibility of a Presidential run to rest.

On a local radio show hosted by former mayoral candidate John Catsimatidis, he shut down rumors that he might run for the White House in 2020.

He says the presidential talk is flattering, but he is just focused on winning re-election in 2018.

"I hope that I am blessed by the people of this state with a chance to continue to serve," Cuomo said. "We have a lot of good things going on right now and I want to make sure that we finish what we started and that's the only plan that I have for right now."

Cuomo also said he wants infrastructure development to be a legacy of his time in office. He said the state is launching the most aggressive building program it has ever carried out.

He vowed to keep improving the subways, airports, and bridges.
