Transit Reporter Pete Donohue of the New York Daily News and traffic safety advocate Hsi-Pei Lao, whose 3-year-old daughter was killed by a driver in Queens in 2013, joined Inside City Hall to discuss the mayor's Vision Zero plan and the push to crack down on unsafe driving.
